Ta-Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
I finally did this in yoga class today. It was up against the wall, but still.
I could never interpret in my body the "floating" you're supposed to do to get into the position. Kicking is an absolute no-no. I am quite bottom-heavy and the thought of any of that (sexy, thank you) junk doing anything resembling floating seemed nigh impossible. Until today. When I, well, floated up into it.
