Icky Sticky
On days that I run, I find it easier to get up at my usual time, do a little work, and eat breakfast before heading out at 10 or 10:30. But here it is not even 9:00 and not that hot out and I'm already sweating from a quick walk into town and back. I haven't been working hard enough to condition my body to exercising in this soup, and the air quality is bad on top of it. It's hard to motivate when you come back from exercising headachey and nauseous. Blecch! But I will perservere.
